General Questions

If you book Holiday World Resort you will receive the BEST PRICE. When you book this option, you will not know which hotel you will be staying at until the day you arrive at the resort. You will not know your destination hotel before you arrive at Holiday World Resort, but, when you arrive at the main gate our staff will tell you which hotel you will be staying in.

Holiday World Resort consists of three 4-star hotels, a premium tourist apartment complex, Casamaïa Apartments, a beach club and a sports centre. All in a private area with a free mini bus that shuttles between the facilities on a regular schedule-

If you come by car you can follow these directions on your GPS. : taking exit 1008 off the A7 towards Benalmádena.

If you will arrive by another means of transport, you can book a transfer that will pick you up from wherever you choose and take you directly to the resort. You can find the link here.

You can also arrive by Renfe local train, which stops at Carvajal station, a 20-minute walk from the complex. You can buy your ticket here.

You can also travel by Avanza L-302 or L-304 bus and get off at the Holiday World bus stop ‘Rotonda de los elefantes, Benalmádena Costa’. You can find more information on the Avanza website


During the summer at our beach club you can enjoy themed nights at Summer Nights, without straying too far away from the resort. For more information: summernights.holidayworld.es.

You will find beach bars, beach clubs, bars and other entertainment options less than 1 kilometre from the resort's front entrance.

If you do not want to walk, there is also a bus stop just in front which will take you to Fuengirola or Benalmádena.

If you prefer to go to Malaga, the Carvajal local train station is just a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Taxis are always available at the resort gates, just ask at reception.


You can pay in advance by credit and/or debit card and bank transfer. On arrival at reception you can pay by card and/or cash. The maximum total amount that can be paid in cash cannot exceed €1,000, as stipulated by law.

Under no circumstances may the bill be paid in instalments. You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee at check-in.

On arrival at the resort, a deposit of €25 per person will be required for RFID wristbands for access to your room and other services. Your deposit will be refunded upon departure from the hotel, once you have returned your wristband.

At Holiday World Riwo and Holiday World Village we have Family Rooms for up to 6 people.

Casamaïa Apartments offers 2-bedroom flats with a sofa bed.

At Holiday World Polynesia the maximum occupancy is 4 people.

In all cases, a cot can be added on request.


Yes, you have ample free outdoor parking areas around the different hotels and there are chargers available for electric vehicles. For an extra charge, we also have underground parking at each hotel.


There is no direct access to the beach. However, you can walk to several beaches in less than 5 minutes. The most popular is Carvajal beach which is located 350 metres from the entrance to the resort.


Only assistance animals are allowed.


Breakfast, lunch and dinner in our buffet restaurants, with drinks included. Snack service throughout the day available at our snack buffets and/or cafeteria.

Bar service until 12.00 p.m. with top brand drinks.

All Inclusive guests have free access to our Holiday World Beach Club during its regular opening hours with drinks and lunch at the “La Cabaña Snack Shack” except for doughnuts and snacks. Special events such as Summer Nights or others are not included, please ask at reception.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in all our hotels for our guests.


Our check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can use the all-inclusive services from 12:00 a.m. If your room is ready, reception will inform you. As for the late check-out, it can be requested 24 hours before departure at reception. Late check-out is available until 4:00 p.m., subject to extra charges and availability. We also offer the option of leaving your luggage in the luggage room at reception on the day of departure and extending your all-inclusive stay until your departure time, subject to payment of the corresponding fee at reception.
All Inclusive is only available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Yes, you can request a change of accommodation upon arrival at the reception desk where we will inform you of the corresponding rate. Subject to availability, and as long as you meet the minimum stay requirements to enjoy our All Inclusive package.


We have cots for babies under 2 years old at no extra cost and always subject to availability. We recommend that you make your request in advance of your arrival by contacting our reservations department on +34 952 57 97 57 or reservas@holidayworld.es.


In certain seasons, our hotels offer other packages such as Full Board, Half Board or Bed and Breakfast.

About the hotels

Each hotel has its own specific logo on the wristbands. Each hotel may also have different colours depending on the type of package booked.

There is a different colour for underage children to help us identify them to ensure they do not leave the resort alone or consume alcoholic beverages.


During the summer season, you can enjoy your All Inclusive package at other hotels during the evening performances; this includes drinks, but only during show time. Ask at reception.
The rest of the time, you can only eat or drink at the hotel where you are staying.
You will be able to visit any Holiday World Resort hotel and use any of the paid facilities.

There are no day passes at our hotels. However, we have several experiences available where you can enjoy our facilities, such as a “day pass” at Holiday World Beach Club. You can find out more here.

Yes, our laundry is available 24 hours a day in all hotels except Casamaïa Apartments.

Washing and drying tokens are available at reception as well as detergent.


Yes, you can ask for them at the reception of your hotel. Where, after paying a deposit of €15 per towel, you will be given a ticket, which can be exchanged at the Spa or Health Club of your hotel for the towel. On the day of your departure, when you return the ticket, you will be refunded the deposit. A change of towel costs €1.


Only at Holiday World Village, which includes one circuit per stay. In the other hotels, the circuit and the Spa or Health Club treatments are subject to a fee. See the service menu here.


Yes, with the exception of the Hydros Spa, where the minimum age for access is 16 years of age.

In the other hotels, at established times, minors may go to the Spa or Health Club, always accompanied by an adult. 
Some Spa or Health Club facilities may not be suitable for use by children.


Our Mini Clubs can be used from 3 to 13 years old.


Yes. Orders can always be picked up at the gatehouse at the entrance to the resort. They may not be delivered to the main entrance of any of the hotels.


Yes, our cuisine is very diverse and you will find something suitable for everyone. We also have an allergen book. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask the kitchen or dining room staff.

 At Holiday World Village and Holiday World Polynesia we have themed restaurants in addition to the buffet restaurant in your All Inclusive package.
These restaurants are not included in the All Inclusive package unless you are staying 7 nights or more at Holiday World Village on an All Inclusive basis, in which case, a dinner at one of the themed restaurants will be included.


At Holiday World Polynesia you can enjoy the Ahima'a Polynesian restaurant or the Uru Wok Asian buffet.

Holiday World Beach Club

Holiday World Beach Club is a large, fully themed area with 9 pools and water slides, wave pool, splash zone for the little ones, with a cafeteria and restaurants.

Remember, there is a free shuttle service between the Holiday World resort hotels and the Beach Club.

Yes. With the All Inclusive package, you will also have our Beach Club included. If you do not have this package, you will be able to access by paying an entrance fee of €10 per adult and €8 per child (only entry is included).

Prices may vary depending on the season.


Our closest hotel to the Beach Club is Holiday World Village, although there is a shuttle bus that will take you around the resort.

All our hotels are located in the same resort and at most 5 minutes walk from each other. However, there is also a year-round shuttle bus that will take you all over Holiday World Resort.

No, the inflatable rings at the beach club are not free.

The rings have a rental cost and a deposit, which will be returned to you when you return the ring to the Holiday World Beach Club Reception. The single inflatable ring is priced at €10 with a deposit of another €10, the double ring is priced at €17 with a deposit of €13. Both deposits are returned upon departure from the Beach Club.

The opening times of the Beach Club are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
